RETURNS

CONDITIONS

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Coffee products may be excluded if opened (due to hygiene reasons).

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days after receiving the returned item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
