Single-Lot Yemeni Specialty Coffee from Al-Rumaim Mountain Farm in Bayt Al-Rumaim, Al-Haymah, Yemen, grown at 2,150 MASL on traditional mountain terraces. Produced by Ahmed Saleh Al-Rumaim from local Yemeni heirloom varieties, the coffee is naturally cultivated without chemical fertilizers or pesticides and processed using the Natural · Sun-Dried method. The farm has been dedicated to coffee cultivation for approximately 35–40 years, with traditional knowledge passed down across generations. Expect a clean and complex cup with notes of Orange, Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Almond, and Caramel, balanced by natural sweetness and a refined finish.
